Envelope & Address Label Studio

Upload a spreadsheet of names and addresses, pick your envelope size and a font pairing, and get a print-ready 300 DPI PDF back — one page per envelope, sized exactly to print. Everything runs right here in your browser; nothing is uploaded anywhere.

1

Choose your envelope size

Sizes print landscape (the long edge is the addressing edge) — set your printer to landscape / envelope feed for that size. The recipient address keeps at least a 1" margin from the left and right edges; a front-corner return address sits closer to the corner, as return addresses conventionally do.

2

Choose a font pairing

Filter by mood — tap as many as you like

Address text color — defaults to black. Note on print method: thin hairline scripts (Allura, Petit Formal Script, Rouge Script) can lose crispness in foil stamping or letterpress — they're safest for straight digital/inkjet printing. Always check a single test envelope at full size before running a full batch.

The mood filter above still works here — tap a mood to narrow the Name Font list, or tap All to see every face.

Address font

Kept as a list on purpose — at address size these faces are near-identical to the eye, and every one of them is already vetted for small legible text. No scripts: fancy scripts don't scan reliably on USPS automated sorting equipment and can genuinely delay delivery, so they're left out rather than left to chance.

Return address only
Upload your CSV or Excel file

.csv, .xlsx, and .xls all work — Google Sheets exports and converted Excel files are fine too. Needs columns for Name, Address, City, State, and Zip.

Prints a single return-address-only file — for a run of blank envelopes you'll hand-address later, or to print return addresses on the back flap.

Preview

Live preview at reduced size — fonts scale automatically to each envelope size, so this shows exactly what will print. Front shows the recipient (plus a front-corner return address, if you chose that). Back shows the return address if you chose the back-flap option — this is the separate file that downloads. Uses the first row of your uploaded list once you upload one; a sample name until then.
