Low contrast between code color and background — this may not scan reliably. Stick with a dark code on a light background (or vice versa).

QR codes can carry a logo in the center — the code's built-in error correction routes around it. We automatically switch error correction to High and cap the logo to a modest share of the code area to keep it reliable. Even so, always test-scan a real printed sample before running a full batch — a logo makes scan-testing more important, not less.

SVG is the safe choice for anything going to print — it stays perfectly crisp at any size, so it's the right pick for a printed insert card. PNG is sized for the print dimension you picked above, at 300 DPI, for digital use or if your print software needs a raster file.
